Service Upgrades
With the increase in popularity of heavy power consuming items such as pool heaters and tankless water heaters, many people are realizing that their aging electrical service wasn’t designed for these upgrades. While these two items do save you energy when used, they require a large amount of power to operate, and UES is here to get you that power. We have been doing these jobs for the community for over 15 years and have great relationships with our local building departments. That experience and those relationships, combined with our top-of-the-line electricians, ensures quick upgrades so that you will be without power for the shortest time possible.
Panel Changes
Most insurance companies will not bind coverage if your house has a fuse panel or Zinsco or Federal Pacific (FPE) brand circuit breaker panels. These types of panels haven’t been available for over 40 years, and Zinsco and FPE panels have breakers that don’t always trip at their rated amperage which can present a hazard in your home. Buckhead Electrical Services uses trusted, well- known brands that have been in existence for over 50-years including Square D, General Electric, ITE and Cutler Hammer.
Light Fixture/Ceiling Fan Installation and Replacement
Nothing adds value and elegance to a house like installing recessed lighting or a decorative ceiling fan. These jobs are relatively easy for our professionals, but that means we will do the job the right the first time around. Looking to save money? Buckhead Electrical Services offers free estimates for new installations, but it is nearly impossible to quote an item that requires troubleshooting or repair. We have been doing this a long time and have an office in plantation (we don’t work out of our garage or the back of a pick-up truck).
